DIPLOMA IN MANUFACTURING
ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
The Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technology is a 6 semesters engineering technology diploma course that prepares students with foundation in manufacturing field. The aim of this program is to produce competent technical graduates with the ability to adapt in new working environment and lead a technical team. The program emphasizes on service and community-based education, industrial training, capstone project and collaborative task. Student will first enrol for preliminary semester to allow adaptation with basic courses such as Mathematics, English and Physics before stepping into the 4 long semeters of core engineering technology courses. Students will then be exposed directly with industrial learning experience at the final semester throughout the 20 weeks of industrial training.

CURRICULUM STRUCTURE
Students who successfully graduate with a minimum grade of C in most subjects during the course will be eligible for credit exemptions of over 30 credits toward a Bachelor’s Degree in the Faculty.
