Assalamualaikum & good day!
On behalf of our students and faculty staffs, I would like to welcome you to the official website of Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronic Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah. This portal serves as a valuable resource to help you explore the programmes we offer.
Currently, we offer one diploma programme and seven undergraduate programmes for including a prestigious dual-degree programme in Mechatronic Engineering (UMP-HsKA), a collaboration with Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HsKA) in Germany. In addition, we provide two postgraduate programmes at the Master's level (coursework-based) as well as PhD programmes. Through a combination of rigorous curriculum and experiential learning, our graduates become competent and innovative leaders in the fields of manufacturing design, processes, systems and automation.
We are a vibrant and energetic faculty with 63 academic staff members who are actively involved in teaching and research which are recognized at the national and international levels and 16 administrative and technical staffs. The moderate size of our faculty enables our academicians to work with the students on a one-to-one basis in designing a curriculum and research program to meet their individual needs and interests. This also promotes excellent working relationships between the students and faculty members, and provides a training atmosphere that is often difficult to attain at larger institutions.
