Welcome to the Mobility Program of the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering Technology (FTKPM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia. This website serves as a platform to invite international universities, institutions, and students to participate in our academic and non-academic mobility programs. Through this initiative, participants will gain valuable academic exposure, cultural experience, and collaborative opportunities in engineering, technology, and applied learning environments at UMPSA.

Short-term experiential learning (min. 5 days). Focuses on cultural exposure, STEM engagement, and academic networking.

DAY 1
Arrival & Orientation
Participants arrive at UMPSA for registration and accommodation check-in, followed by a welcoming session and program briefing by FTKPM. The day continues with an introduction to the university and faculty, including a guided campus and facility tour, and concludes with a welcome and networking session.

DAY 2
Academic Exposure
The day focuses on academic engagement, including an overview of manufacturing and mechatronics engineering technology programs at FTKPM. Participants will visit selected laboratories and facilities, followed by research sharing, technical discussions, and knowledge exchange sessions with academic staff.
DAY 3
STEM & Community
Participants take part in outreach and engagement activities, such as STEM programs at selected secondary schools or community-based initiatives. The afternoon includes reflection sessions and experience sharing, providing insight into educational practices and community interaction in Malaysia.

Cultural Experience
This day combines educational tourism with cultural immersion activities. Participants will visit selected local attractions or industrial sites, followed by cultural exposure activities such as village tours, traditional experiences, or intercultural sharing sessions.
DAY 5
Reflection & Departure
Reflection and Departure The program concludes with a reflection and feedback session, certificate presentation, and closing ceremony. Participants will then prepare for departure.
