Pekan, 28 October 2024 – The 19th Convocation Ceremony of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) was a momentous occasion for the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronic Engineering Technology (FTKPM) as its graduates celebrated remarkable achievements and milestones.
Prestigious Awards for Outstanding Graduates
FTKPM proudly recognizes the exceptional accomplishments of five graduates who received prestigious awards for their outstanding contributions:
- Puteri Nurulain Rahimin – Anugerah Profesor Dato’ Dr. Mashitah Mohd Yusoff
- Muhammad Syafiq Abdul Razak – Anugerah Kecemerlangan Perodua
- Muhammad Farrish Azran – Hadiah Kecemerlangan Yayasan Pahang
- Luqmanul Hakim – Hadiah Kecemerlangan Program
- Muhammad Syaadii Iman – Hadiah Inovasi Projek Sarjana Muda Terbaik
These graduates, hailing from the Bachelor of Industrial Machining Technology (BVM) program, have not only brought pride to the faculty but have also become role models for their peers through their exceptional academic, extracurricular, and volunteer contributions.
Celebrating the First BVM Graduates
The ceremony also marked a historic moment for FTKPM as 23 inaugural graduates of the BVM program were celebrated. Impressively, nearly all of them have been absorbed into the workforce immediately upon completing their Work-Based Learning (WBL) placements. This stands as a testament to the program’s excellence in preparing graduates for real-world challenges and opportunities.
