Premium Industry Exposure Program at Top Glove

On December 12, 2024, the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronic Engineering Technology (FTKPM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), successfully organized the "Premium Industry Exposure" program at Top Glove, Shah Alam. This initiative is part of the faculty's efforts to enhance graduate employability by exposing students to premium industries that offer high-paying career opportunities.

Objectives of the Program:

• To train students to meet industry requirements for premium-standard jobs.
• To provide an in-depth understanding of the operations of global industry leaders such as Top Glove.
• To create networking opportunities for students with industry experts.

Highlights of the Program:

• Exclusive Factory Tour: Students gained first-hand experience at Top Glove, the world’s largest glove manufacturer, witnessing cutting-edge production processes and global standards.
• Inspirational Sharing Sessions: Industry experts shared insights into the latest technology and innovations driving the sector.
• Future Career Opportunities: Students had the chance to interact with professionals and understand the skills and qualifications needed for high-paying jobs in the global market.
